On the 24th October, Julie Bonich and Melanie Rampal were delighted to attend the LawNet Conference 2025.

We would like to extend our thanks to the organising team, the speakers and everyone we spoke to – your insights and enthusiasm truly made the event worthwhile.

Greg Orme’s summary of the “core human superpowers” was inspiring and something we could all adopt in day-to-day practice. We need to harness our human skills which AI cannot adopt, such as curiosity and creativity.

It was a rich day of conversations, fresh perspectives and networking - from thought-provoking breakout sessions to the chance to connect with peers facing similar challenges in the legal sector.

We found the insights into leadership, team culture and behavioural strategy particularly relevant given the evolving landscape we face. What stood out most was how people remain at the heart of high-performing firms - not just processes or technology.
