Philip Elliott: Accredited for a further three years by Resolution
We are delighted to announce that Philip Elliott, partner in the firm and head of the family law department, has been accredited for a further three years by Resolution under their specialist accreditation scheme.
Resolution are a community of over 6,500 family justice professionals dedicated to a non-confrontational, constructive approach to addressing matters in respect of relationship breakdown.
Resolution describe this scheme as a mark of excellence in practice recognised by the public, fellow professionals and the judiciary. Accreditation is a rigorous process whereby candidates must demonstrate that they have sufficient knowledge of the law in the practice areas but also adopt the ethos of Resolution and follow their protocols to ensure that matters are addressed in a pragmatic but conciliatory manner, so as to aim towards matters being resolved before the legal costs escalate more than is necessary.
In assessing this, Resolution have looked on an anonymised basis at some of the cases that Philip has dealt with and considered his reflective case analysis in relation to these.
The accreditation last for a period of three years and so well done to Philip for once again satisfying the necessary criteria for this.
