Commercial Property Paralegal Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a commercial property paralegal to join our team.

This is a full-time role based at our Bedford office. You will be supervised by an experienced and friendly team, acting for a broad range of clients. This role would be best suited for someone with commercial and/or residential property experience.

The successful candidate will be assisting our solicitors and your duties will include:-

  • General administrative tasks
  • Arranging client appointments and onboarding
  • Supervised drafting of forms and documents
  • Maintenance of the case management system
  • File opening and closure

WORK EXPERIENCE PLACEMENTS FOR STUDENTS

Every year, Sharmans offer a limited number of work experience opportunities, which take place during the summer months and are strictly limited to one week's duration.

Applications, including an up to date CV are accepted from mid-March to mid-April, after which, all applications received are appraised and the successful candidates selected and notified as soon as possible thereafter.

Please note that for insurance purposes, applicants must be at least 18 years old.
