Property Dispute Resolution Solicitor
We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious Property Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our successful and growing team.
You will be working alongside the head of the department, supported by an experienced and friendly team, assisting our clients in all areas of property dispute resolution work, whether as Landlord, Tenant, Occupier, Investor or Developer and in respect of types of other dispute resolution matters This role would be best suited for someone with a minimum of 2 years PQE, who has managed their own caseload and has a good experience working within the framework of the Landlord and Tennant Act 1954, as well as a more general experience in dealing with L&T issues such as dilapidations, forfeiture, Lease renewals, rent / service charge areas, possession proceedings (both residential and commercial), Easements, Rights of Way, Covenants, Boundary disputes, neighbour disputes, Lease extensions, enfranchisement disputes, service charge, trespass claims.

WORK EXPERIENCE PLACEMENTS FOR STUDENTS
Every year, Sharmans offer a limited number of work experience opportunities, which take place during the summer months and are strictly limited to one week's duration.
Applications, including an up to date CV are accepted from mid-March to mid-April, after which, all applications received are appraised and the successful candidates selected and notified as soon as possible thereafter.
