Sharmans Rebrand

In the early nineteenth century the firm opened for business in Bedford. We had a number of names over the years before becoming Sharman & Trethewy in 1892. That is a name that many of our clients still associate with us. The firm changed its name to Sharman Law at the start of this century. Now we are re-branding again to Sharmans.

We have listened to our clients and as many clients and professional colleagues refer to us as such then it seemed appropriate to formally take that name.

We are the same people, the same Partners but under more contemporary branding for the twenty first century to demonstrate to our clients, new and old, that even though the firm is now well into its third century, that we have the expertise to keep up with ever changing legal requirements, whilst still offering the security of a long-established firm of Solicitors.

The firm’s offices in Bedford’s St Pauls Square and Ampthill’s Dunstable Street have been refurbished to reflect the up to date legal services required by our clients which include Business Transactions, Moving House, Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Divorce, Separation, Mediation and Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Civil Disputes.
