Bedford Christmas Tree Festival - 2024

Every year, we’re delighted to be part of the magical Bedford Christmas Tree Festival, and this year’s theme, “The Magic of Christmas,” truly lived up to its name.

Together, the festival raised an incredible £23,000, to be split equally between two causes:

• Bedford Hospital Charity & Friends (BHC&F): Funds will help refurbish two cancer care side rooms on the children’s Riverbank Ward at Bedford Hospital. These rooms, equipped with infection-preventing air conditioning and family accommodations, will provide local, specialist care. The funds will also cover the first-year salary for a dedicated Cancer Care Nurse Specialist.
• St Paul's Church, Bedford: The funds will help keep the church open for worship and community support, while continuing to assist Bedford’s vulnerable.
